Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports and coordinates marketing activities for Eataly Boston. This role ensures the implementation of all marketing, PR, events, and partnership initiatives in alignment with Eataly’s brand standards and objectives. This is a 7 Month Contract role.

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing & Communications 

  • Support the planning and implementation of the local and national marketing calendar and promotional activities, ensuring consistency with Eataly’s brand identity and campaign guidelines. 

  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and schedule local social media calendar and content. 

  • Work closely with graphic designers and the corporate marketing team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. 

  • Ensure in-store signage and marketing collateral accurately reflect current campaigns and brand guidelines. 

Events & Analytics & Reporting 

  • Work closely with the in-store event manager and the corporate team in strategically planning and executing public events. 

  • Collaborate with the corporate team on a strategy to market and promote in-store events. 

  • Monitor event performance metrics, help prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for leadership, and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization. 

Partnerships & Community Engagement 

  • Maintain strong relationships with current partners, producers, and local organizations. 

  • Identify new local opportunities and partnerships that increase brand awareness and bring Eataly’s name into the community. 

  • Work closely with the local team to develop and execute creative activations, collaborations, and sponsorships that reflect Eataly’s values. 

  • Act as a key liaison between Eataly and external stakeholders, ensuring partnerships are executed seamlessly and professionally. 

Hourly Rate:$25.00

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination (experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry preferred). 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally. 

  • Passion for Italian food and culture a plus.
