We have a mix of technical resources with business knowledge and partner with our peers to deliver and manage exceptional technology-driven solutions to advance the C&E organization.
The Impact
- Supporting C&E-wide strategic initiatives, including communications, readiness, planning, and roll-out.
- Building strong and enduring relationships with compliance partners.
- Proactively partnering with compliance teams to identify opportunities to enhance compliance programs through vendor solutions, including analyzing and automating manual tasks.
- Providing support through knowledge of products, compliance requirements, technical benefits, and limitations.
- Possessing industry understanding of the services provided, and the technologies/products used.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
- 5+ years of financial services experience.
- 5+ years of experience with readiness and change management practices.
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Due to the nature of this position, as part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and business processes.
- Experience with RFPs and implementing new applications.
- Experience translating business requirements into to technical requirements/solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the workplace.
- Outcome-oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details.
