Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing our marketing outreach efforts, both digitally and physically, with a primary emphasis on social media management, internal communications, and campaign support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, project management expertise, and the ability to foster clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to create engaging and on-brand social media posts for Financial Advisors for our LinkedIn company account.
  • Manage incoming social media requests, our social media calendar and schedule out social posts.
  • Execute social post requests from our Sales and Relationship Managers that align with company initiatives and events.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to increase social media audience engagement.
  • Grow our brand’s LinkedIn audience.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage all paid advertising on LinkedIn.
  • Facilitate the monthly internal marketing newsletter to provide updates, celebrate key wins, and highlight future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights and updates during weekly contributor meetings.
  • Compile and present the newsletter in an organized and visually appealing format to ensure clarity and impact.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IMO campaign requests.
  • Collaborate with IMO stakeholders and Marketing Manager to build out a campaign plan and execute.
  • Present campaign performance on a regular basis.
  • Oversee the execution of recurring mailer projects, ensuring each is completed on time and aligns with business goals.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in social media and communication projects.
  • Build relationships across teams to foster alignment and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand, including creating content and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools, particularly Adobe Workfront, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a plus.
  • Experience in internal communications or newsletter creation, a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, a plus.
