Your role at Dynatrace
As NORAM Strategic Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the Partner organization within Dynatrace. Reporting to the Global Manager - Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing partner marketing initiatives in NORAM with specific focus on building integrated campaigns with top, strategic partners in the region.
The emphasis of this role will be on driving end-customer demand generation activities and awareness with and through Dynatrace partners. The role will collaborate closely with the NORAM Partner Sales team, the global partner marketing organization, and regional marketing teams. The role will also work with adjacent partner enablement teams to create campaigns that promote training and certifications.
This is a results-driven role. Partner Deal Registration (PDR), and by extension, pipeline and ROI are fundamental metrics for success. Effective planning, execution and campaign follow up will be key. The ability to report and analyze activities to make recommendations and improvement is critical.
You will be supported by a central Partner marketing team that will share To Partner communications, campaigns, content, and event best practices, while also providing access to market leading technology platforms to accomplish your goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and agree marketing objectives in partnership with NORAM partner sales leadership
  • Initiate and drive marketing plans with key partners to engage prospects
  • Plan, execute, measure, and analyze campaign and event activities that drive PDRs / pipeline and make recommendations to increase effectiveness
  • Utilize and manage MDF budget to co-fund partner marketing activities that drive partner- originated opportunities and pipeline
  • Identify and drive case studies for circulation, evangelism, and awareness within specific partners
  • Support the ongoing development, refinement, and optimization of the Partner Program,
  • Enforce appropriate Dynatrace brand usage and ensure messaging is within guidelines
  • Drive Partner Portal adoption along with portal feature and content enhancements based on Partner requirements and feedback

What will help you succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B high tech/SaaS organizations with responsibility for partner marketing and programs
  • Experience working in hi-tech/SaaS companies is required, experience with cloud platforms or DevOps providers a definite advantage
  • Experience with Partner GTM models including resellers, consultants, systems integrators, CIO advisories, and Managed Service Providers is mandatory
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management
  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with Partner managers and Partner business owners
  • Salesforce.com and Asana/Monday experience

Additional information;
  • Location: Boston area
  • Work model: Hybrid (2 days by week at the office is required)
  • 10-20% travel required
