Position Summary

Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost- savings process improvements.

Job Description

Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimating time requirements for operations, and preparing operation sheets. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters in order to increase efficiency and cost savings. Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 5+ years of related experience. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is

$112,008.00 - $140,036.00.

Ultra Maritime considers multiple factors when determining final compensation, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, a candidate’s relevant experience and education, certifications and training, as well as current business and market conditions.
