Lead systems engineering for radar development from design through integration and test. Provide system-level trade assessments, define requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support integration/test events, estimate costs, and mentor small engineering teams. Contribute to proposals, IR&D, and technology selection for naval platforms.

Lead and direct supply chain and procurement for assigned business area, driving supplier development, risk management, procurement planning, and cross-functional alignment. Manage staff performance, metrics, and continuous improvement to meet cost, quality, and material availability objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.

Lead manufacturing engineering activities to define fabrication and assembly operations, troubleshoot production issues, estimate operation times, prepare operation sheets, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead design, execution, and analysis of acoustic test programs to validate product performance. Develop test methodologies, refine processes, troubleshoot failures, and provide data-driven recommendations. Mentor junior engineers, coordinate cross-functional integration, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance to support mission-critical naval systems.

Lead technical execution of medium-to-large naval engineering programs from proposal through delivery. Own technical content, manage cost/schedule/quality, mentor teams, apply earned value principles, produce technical reports, and support proposal and program reviews. Travel 10–20% and work in distributed teams.

Coordinate project controls and reporting by monitoring task completion, costs versus estimates, and updating ETCs. Prepare and maintain project schedules, plans, and work breakdown structures. Liaise between engineering, manufacturing, and business functions, attend production planning meetings, and maintain contract/business system information to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage the Electrical Engineering department for maritime defense systems, leading staffing, recruitment, project execution, design reviews, process compliance, and technical oversight to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals. Coach and develop engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure a safe work environment. Travel ~10% to test sites and suppliers.

Lead configuration management activities across engineering, quality, and supply chain. Maintain PLM/ERP data integrity, manage ECR/ECP workflows and CCBs, perform PCAs/FCAs, produce government deliverables (CDRLs), manage BOM/document cross-references, lead a small CM team, and improve PLM workflows and change governance.

Create and release ERP work orders and production schedules based on sales and engineering inputs. Coordinate with production, materials, purchasing, and accounting to ensure timely material delivery, correct cost coding, and accurate Epicor time/expense and inventory transactions. Create engineering/test/pilot jobs and audit completed jobs for compliance.
