Leads quality planning, control-plan execution, audits, data analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and product lines. Coordinates quality reporting, integrates customer requirements into the quality management system, facilitates training, evaluates corrective-action effectiveness, and serves as the primary customer contact for quality issues. May coach quality engineers and specialists and may be required to maintain a security clearance.

Performs cost management and financial analysis for assigned programs. Monitors spending, accounting allocations, expenses, inventories, and budget balances; compares actual performance with budgets; prepares forecasts and trend analyses; uses financial modeling and data analytics tools; and recommends budget allocations within established policies and limits.

Design, analyze, integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems for seaborne sensors and naval mission systems. Responsibilities span architecture, circuit development, hardware integration, verification, qualification, production support, technical documentation, design reviews, risk identification, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also provides mentorship and supports laboratory, manufacturing, and field testing while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
