What you will do –
- Lead end-to-end logistics workstream for M&A integrations, from post-close through full operational handoff
- Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously (often 4–5 at a time), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met
- Execute integration planning and coordination across due diligence, integration, and order-to-cash processes
- Partner cross-functionally (supply chain, logistics, finance, and business units) to align on integration approach and execution
- Drive rapid onboarding of acquired companies into Stryker’s logistics and distribution network to enable revenue realization
- Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building relationships and credibility quickly across newly acquired and internal teams
- Lead change management activities including communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new processes
- Define business requirements and support deployment of transformation initiatives across Global Logistics & Operations
- Ensure smooth transition of processes to business teams, enabling long-term ownership and operational stability
- Track and drive progress of M&A integrations to completion, ensuring successful transition into the owning division
Required –
- 8+ years supply chain and or distribution/logistics experience
- Bachelors degree (Business or Supply Chain or other relevant areas)
- SQL, Power BI, excel or experience similar systems
Preferred –
- Supply Chain professional certification
- SAP experience

- US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
- US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
