Partners with operations, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, resolve quality issues, and improve manufacturing processes. Requires at least four years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a technical bachelor’s degree.

Supports orthopedic surgeons during robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. Responsibilities include CT-based preoperative planning, implant sizing, instrumentation checks, equipment setup, intraoperative technical support, troubleshooting, inventory and account coordination, customer training, documentation, and surgeon relationship management. Requires extensive travel and on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports Foot & Ankle medical device sales in a field-based territory by attending surgeries, educating healthcare professionals, managing product inventory and sets, identifying sales opportunities, supporting customer relationships, processing purchase orders, and assisting sales representatives with marketing, compliance, and quota achievement.

Support Joint Replacement sales team by assisting in product promotion, conducting evaluations in OR and office settings, troubleshooting products, maintaining samples, building client relationships, and completing required trainings. Provide on-call coverage as needed and help track territory development to meet sales targets under coaching from sales representatives and managers.

Leads national commercial marketing strategy for Stryker’s Mako SmartRobotics and Mako RPS portfolio, targeting hospital executives and administrative decision-makers. Develops integrated campaigns, economic value tools, ROI calculators, business cases, and executive-focused content to influence capital purchasing decisions. Builds executive reference networks, partners with sales and health economics teams, and drives adoption through customer engagement, value messaging, and coordinated go-to-market programs.

Leads and develops a Joint Replacement Sales team, driving revenue, market share, customer relationships, territory strategy, forecasting, and performance improvement. The role manages budgets, pricing, and discounts while supporting surgeons, hospitals, and sales representatives during operating room consultations and account issues. Requires strong medical device sales experience, people leadership, strategic planning, and frequent field travel.

Lead arterial portfolio programs from concept through commercialization in a regulated medical-device environment. Define scope, own schedules and budgets, manage risks and stakeholders, assign and coach cross-functional resources, ensure NPD governance compliance, drive change management, and help mature PMO tools and processes.
