Teams at Stryker

Lead end-to-end logistics for M&A integrations, managing multiple acquisitions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving rapid onboarding into Stryker's logistics network, defining requirements, leading change management, and ensuring smooth operational handoff to business teams.

Lead strategy, design, and governance of global retirement and financial wellbeing programs across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Manage vendor selection and contracts, drive program enhancements and enrollment cycles, ensure regulatory compliance, support M&A integrations, and present recommendations to senior leadership to improve participation, governance, and program outcomes.

Provide field-based endoscopy support by preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and disposables, supporting OR teams during procedures, troubleshooting equipment, documenting usage and metrics, coordinating repairs and sterilization, training clinical staff, and covering on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts with occasional travel.
