Sell and promote Stryker Spine Enabling Tech products in clinical settings. Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in ORs and offices, manage sample inventory, support territory tracking, solve product issues onsite, and cover open territories as needed to meet sales goals.

Supports robotic and manual joint replacement procedures across national territories during employee leave coverage and business needs. Provides clinical expertise, surgeon and healthcare-team training, Mako and instrumentation support, troubleshooting, relationship management, and compliance oversight. Maintains expert knowledge of Mako robotic systems and orthopedic implants while traveling extensively, often on short notice, for field assignments lasting from two weeks to three months or longer.

Supports quality engineering across medical device manufacturing, supplier quality, manufacturing readiness, product transfers, process validation, audits, and continuous improvement. Leads nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, MRB activities, change controls, complaint investigations, and quality performance analysis. Partners with operations, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, resolve quality issues, and improve manufacturing processes. Requires at least four years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a technical bachelor’s degree.
