Job Overview:
Mastercard is seeking a Manager to support global pricing and interchange strategies and solutions across Small Business portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:• Support management of global pricing & interchange guidelines and policies across Small business card products and B2B payment flows• Execute updates in economics aligned to product- and market-led strategy under a consistent framework• Ensure consistent application and alignment across regions & business units• Drive execution of key Small Business initiatives, supporting governance processes and helping coordinate cross-functional efforts on complex high-impact projects• Support strategic commercial opportunities by using data and market intelligence to identify and evaluate economics and value optimization approaches• Develop benchmarking analysis and Support business cases for our new products economics• Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, Regional, and Cross-functional teams to help align go-to-market solutions and manage stakeholder communication
Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in payments, B2B commerce, interchange, or pricing strategy; network, bank, fintech, or consultancy experience preferred• Strong understanding of Small business banking, commercial payments, and card economics• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Key Competencies:• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority in a global matrix environment• Experience supporting policies, processes, or governance frameworks • Solid project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear and concise communication

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
