The ideal candidate will collaborate regularly with Merch Planning, Marketing, Analytics and Digital Product teams to identify opportunities and implement site optimizations and UX/UI recommendations. This role will own site merchandising, on site search and recommendations - critical functions that will build average order value and drive-up conversion rates. NOBULL’s eCommerce testing and personalization capabilities will also be managed by this position. The eCommerce Manager must excel in managing both immediate business needs and long-term strategic initiatives, all while maintaining a best-in-class brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize KPIs (CVR, AOV, UPT), product sales performance and conversion funnel data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve site experience and conversion. All with the end goal of delivering Revenue targets and a strong consumer experience
  • The expectation is that this role is analyzing business and site performance data on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly level and making real time changes to improve business performance
  • Build robust analytics frameworks that provide visibility into digital performance, informing strategic decision-making
  • Leverage customer behavior data (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to identify user pain points and areas of friction that impact conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandise planning, product management, and development to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement in direct support of the business’ goals
  • Work hand in hand with the Digital Product team on the development and prioritization of the Digital Product roadmap – identify site UI/UX improvements to be added to roadmap, evaluate expected impact, prioritize against all initiatives, ensure implementation with Site Operations, and report out on performance and impact
  • Partner with the Merchandise Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure the site merchandising is optimized to support stock levels and reduce out-of-stock situations for product.
  • Prepare regular product performance reports on category performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Gain deep understanding of the product assortment and merchandise the site based on strategy, brand and business goals.
  • Own and manage NOBULL’s eCommerce Test and Learn capability. This includes the following activities - Create testing hypotheses that are rooted in data and research. Develop and maintain testing documentation, test plans, roadmaps, and results analysis. Execute tests utilizing third party testing platforms like Optimizely. Manage testing tools and platforms, ensuring accurate implementation, tagging and optimal utilization. Confidently solve problems and troubleshoot data delays, bugs and internal questions related to these platforms. Communicate test findings, recommendations, and performance insights to Senior and Executive level stakeholders through concise presentations and data visualizations
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry’s best practices and emerging innovative trends in eCommerce
  • Advance NOBULL’s internal culture of experimentation and optimization, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation – live the mentality “better every day”.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail buying & planning, category management, account management, testing & conversion rate optimization, management consulting, or strategy-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and Fullstory.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute eCommerce strategies that balance data-driven decision-making with brand experience.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills, capable of presenting clear, concise insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
