The Manager, Client Partnership is responsible for overseeing EdAssist CPA team functions. They will be responsible for day-to-day management and support of direct reports as well as the broader team. The Manger, Client Partnership will look to create excellence in Client Health across the EdAssist book of business and will focus on creating and ensuring best in class customer service for clients and their employees.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Direct Supervision of a team of CPA’s
  • Lead and plan weekly team meetings for the broader client support team under Operations.
  • Primary liaison with CR leadership for operational issues
  • Primary liaison with Employee Services Managers overseeing client employee support
  • Responsible for documenting, organizing, and maintaining process documents for client support teams under Operations
  • Subject Matter Expert for all support systems including Qlik, Qualtrics, Salesforce, SharePoint, Monday.com
  • Partner with Accounting team on billing escalations
  • Responsible for the Dissatisfied Client Escalation Process
  • Establish short and long-term strategies that create best in class client support
  • Responsible for forecasting staffing needs/changes
  • Monthly team metric reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or an additional 3 years of equivalent experience

2+ years Management/Supervisory experience

4+ years Client/Account Management experience -

Additional Job Requirements

  • Experience with client facing roles
  • Proven experience and success in building and managing partnerships and vendor management (required)
  • Must be analytical and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 -$100,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Bright Horizons offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
