Platform Operations Specialist

CreatorIQ is looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join the Managed Services team. Managed Services is a communal collection of services offered to our customers to simplify their workflow and improve data and tracking capabilities throughout their journey. The Managed Services Analyst plays a supportive role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our influencer marketing platform. This team member connects technical capabilities and client requirements, ensuring cooperative platform operation, reliable data handling, and responsive client support. The Managed Services team has helped hundreds of customers better utilize the capabilities offered by CreatorIQ.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage daily platform operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer data within CreatorIQ.

  • Maintain and refine operational workflows, including CRM management, tagging taxonomy, campaign setup, and custom reporting.

  • Oversee importing, exporting, and managing influencer data in platform tools.

  • Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency across client accounts.

  • Document and share operational procedures, solutions, and best practices, contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and customer resources.

  • Provide thoughtful feedback on user experience and recommend improvements to the development team.

  • Lead meetings and project discussions clearly and effectively in English with international clients.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 1+ years of experience in platform operations, client-support roles, or related fields within social media marketing or technology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic social media knowledge, with the ability to gather, analyze, and organize data from social media platforms and other online resources.

  • Experience with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (data formatting, pivot tables, reporting).

  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal), with experience in client collaboration and project coordination in English.
