Make an impact and drive improvement

In this role you will be responsible for managing all related logistics activities such as inventory replenishment and management, warehousing processes, purchasing, shipping and transport status in the required way to ensure process efficiency on time and in accordance with legal and qualitative requirements. 

This position offers the great opportunity to contribute to the improvement in the quality management system and business principles and work alongside our Logistics Manager South - East Europe and agreeing with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world.

With your experience and personal drive, you will play a key role in our ambition to continuously identify improvement opportunities.
 

What you can look forward to in this role

  • Handling inventory replenishment for the assigned region, delivery and warehouses
  • Maintaining and analyzing required inventory parameters and data in terms of required quality, unhealthy stock, goods shelf life, inventory levels, coverage groups, ROP and/or min stock levels.
  • Purchase order placing in the system, supervision and coordination of purchase of goods.
  • Close cooperation with the factories 
  • Supervision and coordination of goods supply to customers and other warehouses (internal and external sales) 
  • Invoicing, monitoring financial reserves for transport costs
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that resources are used effectively, and the work schedules and targets are met.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Proven experience in inventory replenishment and management, warehousing processes, purchasing, shipping and transport
  • Education in Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Knowledge in Microsoft pack: Word, Excel, Power Point, Dynamix system, Basic knowledge of the Quality Management System
  • Practical and good at thinking in solutions as well as understanding how solutions can add value to the logistic department
  • Good at cooperating with various stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Communication skills in in English
