We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into enterprise grade code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.

Our Culture

Who we are:

Led by two pioneering co-founders we are one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., creating our own category of enterprise autonomous software development. We automate thousands of hours of software development for our customers, which includes strong representation within the Fortune 500.

How we work:

  • We move Blitzy Fast: Time is both our company’s and our clients’ most precious asset. We move quickly and decisively to innovate internally and deliver exceptional software externally.

  • Championship Mindset: We operate like a professional sports team. We win as a team by holding ourselves and each other to high standards, collaborating in-person, and remaining focused on the mission.

  • Passion for Invention: We’re pushing the frontier of what’s possible, requiring constant innovation and iteration.

  • We Work for the Customer: We focus on delivering outsized value to the customers we work with and expanding those relationships into deep, meaningful partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to build and run the systems, processes, and tools that let a small Legal team keep pace with a fast-growing AI company. Reporting into our General Counsel you will own Legal’s technology stack, with Ironclad as our system of record for contracts, and you will identify and deploy AI-driven tools that make Legal faster without introducing new risk.

This is a builder role. You will design the workflows, templates, playbooks, and integrations that move deals through Legal quickly and consistently, and you will serve as the operational backbone for Commercial and Enterprise Counsel. You will also run day-to-day contract operations, including intake, standard paper, and management of our enterprise contract review vendor, using good judgment about what to handle, what to hold, and when to escalate.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and own Legal’s technology stack. Set the roadmap and standards, and own tool selection, implementation, renewal, and return on investment.

  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI-driven legal tools (contract review and redlining support, clause extraction, knowledge retrieval, and self-service intake), making sound build-versus-buy decisions.

  • Define guardrails for AI use in Legal in partnership with Counsel, covering confidentiality, accuracy, privilege, and data handling, and document where AI helps versus where human review is required.

  • Manage legal technology vendors, including coordinating security review, contracting, budgets, and performance.

  • Administer Ironclad end to end: workflow and launch-form design, template management, approvals, user access, reporting, and its AI and obligation-tracking features, keeping workflows optimized as deal volume and the product grow.

  • Integrate Ironclad with HubSpot for sales handoff and deal tracking, and with e-signature and other business systems as needs arise, using native connectors, APIs, or automation tools.

  • Optimize workflows continuously as the business, deal volume, and product offering grow.

  • Run a single front door for legal requests: triage inbound deals, NDAs, security questionnaires, and business requirements documents, set the track by customer type, and route work to the right person or tool.

  • Maintain playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and approved fallback positions across customer and vendor deal tracks in partnership with internal Counsel.

  • Create SOPs, a knowledge base, and self-service resources, and train Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders so routine contracting tasks get done without a lawyer.

  • Handle commercial-track subscription agreements on standard paper using the approved playbook, prepare and process Order Forms with Sales and Finance, and escalate negotiated or non-standard terms to Commercial Counsel.

  • Manage enterprise-track review and the contract review vendor relationship: send out counterparty paper, assess output against Blitzy’s playbook, and recommend what to redline, hold, or escalate to Enterprise Counsel -maintaining continuity across all redline rounds on every track, including vendor arrangements and other contracting processes.

  • Report on contract cycle time, request volume and turnaround, playbook deviations, vendor performance, and legal tool spend, and build dashboards that surface bottlenecks, justify investments, and prioritize the next improvement.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or contract management, in-house at a SaaS or technology company (fast-growing strongly preferred). A J.D. is welcome but not required.

  • Hands-on Ironclad CLM experience. You have administered Ironclad day to day and ideally led or been closely involved in an implementation, including workflow design, templates, permissions, reporting, and integrations.

  • Experience connecting legal systems to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), e-signature, and automation tools.

  • Direct Experience with AI-driven tools for legal work, with a working sense of where they save time and where they quietly introduce risk

  • Experience connecting legal systems to other business systems (for example, a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, e-signature, or workflow automation tools).

  • Strong understanding of SaaS agreements, NDAs, and Order Forms -enough to build playbooks and know what to escalate.

  • Project management skills and comfort with data: you can scope a project, drive it across teams, and show measurable results.

  • Familiarity with US and EU privacy law (GDPR, HIPAA, CPRA) and the contracts behind it — BAAs and DPAs is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI-specific contract issues: IP ownership of generated output, model usage rights, and liability among multiple vendors in a platform-based offering.

Compensation: $90,000-$135,000 + Bonus + Equity
