What You'll Do
Legal Support
- Collaborate with AI Compliance Team to draft playbook for Artificial Intelligence Addenda
- Assist Senior Associate General Counsel in updating global employment contract templates
- Assist in the review and negotiation of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, standard commercial contracts, and other routine legal documents
Legal Operations
- Support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Assist in the migration of existing contracts into the new CLM platform
- Help design and deliver internal training materials and sessions for CLM adoption

Qualifications

- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
