Curriculum Associates is seeking a Learning Experience and Readiness Specialist to join our team! The Learning Experience and Readiness Specialist owns the planning, building, and delivery of readiness learning for our service and sales teams, with a focus on CA’s core K–8 math products and some i-Ready products and features. Designs and facilitates engaging virtual and live learning, builds e-learning on Highspot, our sales enablement and learning platform, and creates the templates, guidance, and best practices our team uses to build high-quality, research-informed self-paced learning. Keeps learning current with product releases so our service and sales teams are ready to support districts and educators.

The impact you’ll have:

What you'll own -

  • Math learning. Lead and facilitate our i-Ready Classroom Mathematics Learning experience across the year, including facilitator guides, agendas, presentations, logistics with the Learning and Development Operations team, and post-event surveys.
  • i-Ready learning experiences. Design, build, and facilitate learning experiences and content for i-Ready products and features, keeping them current with product releases.
  • Asynchronous learning. Build and grow our self-paced learning offering on Highspot. Create the templates, design guidance, and best practices the broader team follows to develop consistent, effective asynchronous content for service and sales teams.
  • Certifications. Maintain the Foundational, Deepening, and Middle School certification paths for i-Ready Classroom Mathematics, including courses, performance tasks, and progress trackers. Coordinate additional certification processes with Service and Sales Leadership and L&D Operations.
  • Content governance. Keep math and i-Ready learning content and courses accurate and up to date throughout the year, accounting for regular product releases.
  • Events and go-to-market support. Provide content and facilitation support for internal learning events, and contribute to go-to-market planning for math and i-Ready product launches and updates.
  • Planning and tracking. Keep Smartsheet trackers, Slack canvases, and SharePoint folders current so work is visible across teams.
  • AI-supported workflows. Use AI tools to speed up planning and drafting, with human review before anything reaches the field.

How you’ll partner -

  • Build planning teams for learning events and enable facilitators to support sessions.
  • Hold regular check-ins and manage priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate session logistics, certification enrollment, and trackers.
  • Align with go-to-market teams on release timelines and what service and sales teams need to know.
  • Guide teammates on the Learning Experience and Readiness team in applying asynchronous learning standards.
  • Gather feedback from participants and facilitators and act on it.

What we’re looking for:

  • Instructional design experience with current, working knowledge of adult learning theory, and the ability to apply it across virtual, live, and self-paced learning
  • Strong facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience facilitating with confidence in both virtual and live settings
  • E-learning development skills, including building polished, interactive content that is clear, accessible, and memorable
  • Project and timeline management, including large-scale learning and communication plans and several concurrent workstreams (timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-through)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfort with learning platforms (such as Highspot or a learning management system) and Smartsheet
  • Ability to synthesize a variety of data sources to make meaningful improvements to learning experiences
  • Working knowledge of K–8 math instruction
  • Experience building templates, standards, or style guides for learning content that others can use

Not required, although we’d love to see

  • Familiarity with i-Ready Classroom Mathematics, i-Ready products and features, and professional learning models
  • Certification and performance task design
  • AI tools for planning and content
  • Experience supporting sales or field-facing teams
