Designs, facilitates, and owns leadership development, onboarding, and employee development programs. Creates asynchronous and facilitator-led content, measures program effectiveness, partners with stakeholders and ERGs, and continuously improves learning experiences across virtual and in-person settings for U.S. and EMEA audiences.

Respond to internal and external requests by extracting, aggregating, and analyzing large assessment datasets. Develop SQL queries and code (SAS preferred) to generate educator-facing reports, document analytic procedures in Confluence/GitHub, write clear explanations of findings, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Lead technical initiatives to design and build scalable, high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines and microservices. Use Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka, EMR, S3) and AWS services to ingest, store, transform, and query large datasets. Maintain and optimize systems, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, implement security and data governance, and collaborate with product teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable production software.

Own Growth Marketing analytics and data operations: build and maintain full-funnel reporting, ensure data governance and attribution, manage segmentation and Pardot audiences, maintain executive BI dashboards, partner with IT and Sales Ops, direct offshore data resources, and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate analytics and QA.

The Senior Manager, Business Development leads the inbound lead conversion team, optimizes the AI chat platform, and collaborates with Inside Sales to improve lead acceptance and pipeline performance.
