Responsibilities include completing adoption forms, maintaining reviewer websites and state adoption pages, creating presentation rubric responses, producing navigation videos and guides, supporting bid submissions, coordinating stakeholders, advising on adoption communications, and analyzing debrief outcomes.

Leads product marketing strategy for i-Ready digital instruction and professional learning offerings. Owns positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, product launches, competitive analysis, sales enablement, content strategy, customer advocacy, and performance measurement. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Research, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Manages and mentors product marketers while driving adoption, sales, renewals, and market growth in the K-12 education technology sector.

Leads complex enterprise IT projects and software implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, quality, and stakeholder communications. Provides project team leadership, executive reporting, process improvement, and mentorship to junior project managers. Partners across functions to deliver business value and applies Agile, hybrid project management, and AI-enabled practices.

Leads end-to-end executive searches for Director, VP, C-suite, and specialized leadership roles. Advises senior executives on search strategy, talent markets, compensation, and candidate assessment; builds passive talent pipelines; conducts structured interviews; drives inclusive hiring; negotiates offers; manages external search firms; tracks recruiting metrics; improves executive hiring practices; and mentors recruiters.
