The Senior Functional Business Analyst clarifies business problems, translates needs into requirements, and facilitates collaboration to enhance IT solutions. They engage stakeholders, document user stories, lead UAT, and mentor junior BAs while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Provide operational support to regional sales reps to move complex deals from opportunity to order entry. Create accurate quotes, maintain Salesforce opportunities, evaluate pricing approvals, coordinate with customer service, and improve processes and documentation to ensure compliant, efficient deal execution.

Lead U.S. external communications, media and public affairs, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and thought leadership to elevate brand and influence education policy. Manage teams and agency partners, align external strategy with business goals, measure outcomes, and represent the company at industry events and with government stakeholders.

Manage and monitor social engagement across platforms, respond to or escalate community interactions, perform social listening and sentiment monitoring, support reputation and crisis readiness, produce reports and dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional communications to inform content and employer brand efforts.

Lead and execute state-level government relations and policy strategy to influence RFPs/RFIs, manage lobbyists, build relationships with state education leaders, drive business development, represent the company at national/state forums, and translate policy implications for internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally, develop public-facing materials, and travel up to 50% to support state-level initiatives.

The Technical Enablement Manager will empower teams through technology, facilitating tool adoption, training programs, and establishing best practices to optimize technology usage across the organization.
