Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical field;
Significant experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Business Process Improvement methodologies;
Demonstrated expertise in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, Kaizen, Visual Management, and Lean Daily Management systems;
Proven experience driving end-to-end process improvements across Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Execution environments;
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; experience in Grid Automation, Electrification, Power Systems, or other industrial technology sectors is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the Lean improvement portfolio for the Grid Automation organization across LATAM, driving performance improvements throughout the entire value stream;
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks, rework drivers, planning gaps, process fragmentation, and execution risks;
Deploy Lean methodologies to reduce lead times, improve process flow, enhance execution predictability, and optimize resource utilization;
Establish and sustain Lean Daily Management practices, including visual management, KPI reviews, operational governance, and action-tracking routines;
Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collaboration, operational discipline, and sustainable business results.
