The Technical Part:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least two (2) years of experience in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written).
- Experience in:
- Project Management life cycle: Scope of Work, Cost Estimate, procurement, bidding process, scheduling, project control, contractor supervision and start-up.
- Managing projects for Utilities, Fire Protection Systems, Lightning Protection, and Purified Water Systems.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Ensure EHS by Design review and process is completed for the project.
- In collaboration with the project manager and the project controls team, support the Planning and Scheduling process.
- Provide support to develop the scope of work for associate work to request proposals for contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Facilitate, lead and document risk assessments for project construction activities.
- Ensure mitigations are implemented as part of the project construction plans and execution activities.
- Ensure contractors, workers, and other staff are trained in the applicable construction plans before executing any work at the site.
- Track document completions.
- Coordinate construction activities. Ensure work permits are coordinated with Packaging owners/managers, Construction Management & Construction Coordination.
- Coordinate project activities and meetings. Ensure an action log is maintained as part of the meeting.
- Coordinate construction windows with area owners/managers in advance to project execution.
- Documents agreements and plans.
- Provide project updates. Ensure any issues are identified and bring on a timely manner to the clients Project manager for resolution and mitigation.
- Ensure the change management process is followed as part of the project planning, execution and close-out.
- Ensure required documentation is developed, approved, and stored to comply with CECP processes, Quality control & assurance, and any other AML Site Requirements (in alignment with applicable SOPs)
