Our IT Service Team is a reliable group of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch technical support. This team handles a variety of tasks, from managing support tickets to assisting with walk-up requests. We pride ourselves on our strong communication skills and ability to solve problems efficiently.
Responsibilities
Our IT Support Team works across a range of areas and various sites. Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Provide technical support for tickets and walk-up requests.
- Assist team members with various tasks and collaborate with other teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
- Learn about IT support to take on additional responsibilities and provide comprehensive service in the Boston office.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and listening).
- Critical thinking skills for handling walk-up requests.
- Confidence and maturity in dealing with various IT support scenarios.
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Background in Information Systems.
- Previous IT support experience (school or company).
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple products.
- Knowledge of various IT systems and software

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $59,150 - $109,850 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
