The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive docket records. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing a high-volume workload.
- Minimum of three years of intellectual property docketing experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Proficiency with the CPi docketing system and a strong understanding of intellectual property docketing processes.
- Experience with patent and/or trademark docketing, with trademark docketing experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary/Wage Range: $71,000 - $89,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based salary increases and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
