The Role
The Technology Solutions Intern will support presales and delivery teams across active client pursuits and engagements. This role provides hands-on experience in solution development, technical research, client presentations, project delivery, and engagement management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support discovery sessions, executive briefings, and client workshop preparation.
- Conduct account, technical, and competitive landscape research.
- Assist with pursuit strategy, solution architecture, and prototype development using a Desirable, Feasible, and Viable framework.
- Develop first drafts of solution content, Statements of Work (SOWs), presentations, and supporting technical materials.
- Contribute to client delivery workstreams through documentation, testing support, technical artifact creation, and hands-on solution activities.
- Assemble technology pitches and presentations for senior technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and engagement information, including Salesforce updates, status reports, RAID logs, and action tracking.
- Collaborate with FCTO, Delivery Leadership, sales, and technical teams throughout the pursuit and delivery lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Interest in solution architecture, consulting, presales, and technology delivery.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, cloud technologies, or project management tools is a plus.
