MEDHOST, a division of Harris; is seeking a hands-on B2B marketer who helps bring healthcare technology solutions to market through product marketing, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, sales enablement, and audience-focused messaging. This role works across teams to turn product, market, customer, and business priorities into go-to-market programs, campaigns, and sales-facing deliverables. The position also uses generative AI, market and competitive research, and performance data to improve marketing execution and decision-making.
This role requires a versatile marketer who can move across disciplines, connect market and customer needs to marketing action, collaborate effectively, and carry initiatives from planning through execution and optimization. This is a remote role eligible to anyone in the U.S. and the role will include up to 10% travel within the U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:Support go-to-market strategies and product launches for new solutions, enhancements, partnerships, and other business initiatives, coordinating messaging, audiences, assets, channels, and timelines.
Translate product capabilities, market needs, and complex healthcare and technology information into clear value propositions, differentiators, proof points, and audience-focused messaging.
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Customer Success, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand product direction, customer needs, buyer priorities, and market opportunities.
Develop and execute product marketing and sales enablement deliverables, including launch materials, campaign assets, webpages, presentations, sales tools, proposals, RFP/RFI content, and customer communications.
Write and edit marketing and sales communications for clarity, persuasion, accuracy, audience relevance, and brand consistency.
Apply generative AI for research, analysis, ideation, content development, and marketing workflow improvement.
Develop and refine AI prompts and repeatable workflows, applying professional judgment to review outputs for accuracy, relevance, audience fit, and brand alignment.
Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across web, email, search, social, webinars, customer communications, and sales enablement, including audience targeting, campaign activation, and performance measurement.
Support website content, SEO, and AI visibility, such as AEO/AIO, along with landing pages, and digital experiences that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Conduct market, customer, audience, and competitive research and contribute insights that inform positioning, messaging, campaigns, and sales conversations.
Analyze marketing performance, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to marketing programs.
Manage multiple projects from planning through completion while maintaining quality, accuracy, organization, and deadlines.
Maintain the effectiveness and implementation of the MEDHOST Quality Management System and meet applicable regulatory requirements as needed.
Responsible for QMS procedures listed in QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in QMS Manual as applicable.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across product marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, messaging, demand generation, or go-to-market execution.
Healthcare technology, healthcare IT, enterprise technology, or similarly complex B2B experience preferred, with familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and market dynamics also preferred.
Experience supporting product launches, positioning, buyer messaging, and sales enablement, with a strong understanding of customer value and differentiation.
Practical proficiency using generative AI, prompting, and AI-assisted workflows in professional marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, including the ability to simplify complex healthcare, technology, and business concepts for different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to execute integrated and digital marketing across web, email, search, social media, and content channels, including SEO and emerging AI visibility practices such as AEO/AIO.
Familiarity with conducting market, audience, or competitive research and translating findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, analytics, research, and other marketing technology platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and modern marketing productivity tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
