If you love data and finding ways to drive improvements for a growing company, the Insights & Reporting Analyst role is for you. You’ll be part of our MGA Strategy, Insights & Pricing team and will be in the driver seat to advance our analytics capabilities.


This position will be based in our Boston, MA office.

What will I do?

  • Own the development of our MGA analytics and reporting environment 
  • Partner with Product, Underwriting, Pricing to uncover opportunities and build business case to reduce premium/claim leakage, expand appetite and support profitable growth
  • Own and deliver our external data deliverables to reinsurance partner, broker, fronting carrier, and statistical agent
  • Communicate and present insights and recommendation to internal & external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the broader Data and Analytics community to improve all carriers data & analytics environment

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
  • Passionate for problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • An enthusiastic professional with 2 or more years of experience in insurance
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau), SQL/Python & data processing applications (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Agile, pragmatic, and able to adapt approach where needed in a fast-paced business
