SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


Pays $60,000 - $65,0000 annually DOE (  (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
 

The HRIS Coordinator is a non-essential position in the event of weather or other emergencies working remote

Summary of Position:

The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the PSI HRIS systems and other related Human Resources technologies in support of achieving of PSI Human Resources goals. The HRIS Coordinator will also be responsible for the administration support to the Human Resources department. The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for creating and distribution of multiple complex reports. 

  

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education/Training:

Required:

  • Associates Degree or High School Diploma plus three (3) years’ equivalent experience working with HRIS

Preferred:

  • Business or human resources training or undergraduate college degree 
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills

Knowledge/Experience:

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of office experience, including significant experience with HRIS databases or a similar multi-faceted, complex database
  • Excellent typing, word processing, organizational and communication skills

PREFERRED:

  • Extensive prior experience with manual and computer HRIS
  • Human Services experience in non-profit environment
