We're looking for an experienced and creative sourcer to identify and engage talented candidates for a wide variety of technical roles at Notarize. You'll conduct research and develop talent pipelines for roles in Engineering, Infosec, Solutions and more, with the goal of ensuring diversity of talent in our pipelines and on our teams.

What you’ll do as a Technical Sourcer at Notarize:

  • Lead the sourcing processes for a variety of key technical hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine essential position requirements
  • Design and implement a range of effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the market and the needs of each role
  • Conduct research-based sourcing, getting to know the current makeup of our teams and the core values that infuse Notarize's culture
  • Develop a deep understanding of Notarize's products and craft compelling messaging to potential candidates

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous (2+ years) technical sourcing experience, preferably in a hyper-growth SaaS/tech/startup environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of sourcing methods, and opinions about current sourcing tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Customer service mindset and stellar interpersonal skills - you're as comfortable communicating with senior leadership as you are presenting to the entire company
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude and flexibility with change
  • Experience working with an ATS (Lever preferred)
