We're looking for a highly motivated Talent Partner to own the full cycle hiring experience from job order intake through new employee onboarding. As the sole recruiter for CrunchTime, this organized, multi-tasking expert will report to the HR Manager and partner with all leadership to understand hiring needs, develop diverse sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and facilitate the interview, feedback, offer and onboarding processes with a focus on providing a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience for all open positions at the company 
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to hire the best talent across multiple teams, ranging from individual contributors to managers and directors 
• Creatively and proactively identify creative avenues for sourcing and attracting high-quality talent, including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and qualify positions 
• Help to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions 
• Drive the offer process- including extending offers, closing candidates, and facilitating onboarding 
• Administer the ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and compensation analysis (PayScale) systems  

Skills & Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting 
• Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience would ideal 
• An expert level of knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence 
• Experience in hiring for a wide range of positions including sales, marketing, finance, customer support/success, operations, and with a strong focus on highly technical roles 
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from mid-level to senior management positions 
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands 
• Patient, communicative, collaborative team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills 
• Strong technical acumen, including ATS and HRIS systems. Greenhouse is highly preferred 
• Preferred experience in hiring for SaaS companies
