In this role, you will be our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist leading recruiting for highly critical roles. You will build relationships with our Head of Engineering, CMO, and CEO to understand the team’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in blockchain space to find great technical talent. You will oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate experience. You will also work closely with our Head of People on internal company wide planning and initiatives related to team growth. This role has a lot of opportunity for growth as we continue to scale our team, you will have a big impact throughout the company.

• Manage end to end recruitment and select key hires to grow our team
• Create and run a robust recruiting program and make recommendations to increase number of high quality applicants
• Be the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stage
• Work closely with Head of People to run initiatives to attract and retain the best talent
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates in the blockchain space and manage inbound candidates in a timely and efficient manner
• Partner with hiring managers and provide coaching throughout the hiring process

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the blockchain space required
• 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team at a technical company a strong plus
• Experience building outbound pipelines for business development or recruiting
• Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
• Extremely organized, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver
