Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are hiring a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our fantastic team. As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will deliver high-quality technical candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process. You will run the full recruitment life cycle and establish excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end life cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on technical jobs
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine the current and future needs of their respective departments
• Partner with hiring teams across the business to ensure alignment on the hiring process, and run an efficient and effective process
• Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting process. Fully utilize ATS to track and measure relevant recruitment metrics.
• Develop ongoing creative and cost effective sourcing strategies for immediate and future hiring needs. Stay abreast of hiring trends.
• Focus on the execution of Lightmatter’s talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on presenting a slate of diverse candidates
• Source, excite, and engage active and passive candidates and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
• Help develop and execute marketing/branding recruiting campaigns

Requirements

What you should bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree
• Entire life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, early stage tech environment
• 8+ years of previous recruitment experience across various disciplines, including Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Machine Learning
• Solid experience performing social recruiting, specifically on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
• Proven background in using innovative sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decisions making skills
• Confident and informed decisions making
• Ability to prioritize and use data to provide maximum value in the shortest time frame
• Excellent listener and overall communicator, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct across all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience working in the semiconductor/ hardware industry is a great plus!!!
