Sr Manager, HRIS Reporting & Analytics
The Senior Manager, HRIS Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for the strategic development, delivery and ongoing support of HR technology systems and processes, aligned with HR goals and objectives, to meet the current and future business needs.
As the HR business owner/administrator of SharkNinja’s HCM, proactively collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain technology roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities.

This position will begin remote with the expectation to work onsite in Needham, MA when our offices re-open.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRIS and Reporting & Analytics
- Stay abreast of HR technology best practices and evolving technologies to maintain expertise and make recommendations for enhancements; champion new functionality/tools with HR and business partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage repeatable process for semiannual HCM release cadence: prioritize, configure, test and communicate new functionality in partnership with Enterprise Technology team.
- Leverage technology to scale and promote self-service where feasible, while preserving “people-first” philosophy.
- Manage HR projects, from inception to delivery, that are part of large, company-wide transformation initiatives; Assemble and engage cross functional teams to drive successful delivery.
- Demonstrated ability for Change Management throughout the organization
- Work with Key leaders and stakeholders to develop and analyze KPI's to be utilized to make data driven decisions across the organization
- Collaborate with the business to maintain consistency throughout regions and functions and to analyze discrepancies across various data points such as headcount vs. budget.
- Work with internal leadership to understand their business / use case, and help design functional, insightful visualizations that help leadership develop and maintain effective communications with key business partners.
- Develop and maintain various dashboards and recurring reporting processes while satisfying Ad Hoc reporting requests from the business and leadership.
- Evaluate metrics/KPIs against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze and validate data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information.
- Uncover key insights and communicate recommendations effectively through data visualization and analysis.
- Govern security and maintain processes for granting, evaluating, and remediating access to produced data reports, visualizations and analyses
Required Experience
- 7+ years of relevant human resources and HRIS experience with 3-5 years of experience in implementation of HR systems and tools.
- Experience with Oracle, UltiPro, Workday or similar preferred.
- Hands on experience with developing, maintaining and analyzing all Global HR related data and reporting.
