Senior Talent Partner
Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF) is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Senior Talent Partner to support our recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. You will build a deep pipeline of potential candidates for various departments including software, design, marketing, finance, customer success, operations, and manufacturing. You will run the recruitment process from start to finish, including working with management to define required skill sets, screening candidates, and closing offers. We are looking for someone with a critical eye for finding the right talent, while maintaining high quality and keeping PFF’s values at the forefront; someone who understands not only how to scale talent acquisition as our business grows, but also the organization talent as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment across all departments at PFF, including G&A, engineering, operations, and design.
- Full recruiting responsibility including hiring manager engagement, creation of job post, development of recruiting strategies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, checking references, processing job offers, and closing candidates
- Work with hiring managers and company leaders to understand each department’s needs and create a hiring timeline and pipeline of candidates to meet their objectives; workforce planning experience
- Source active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, internet searches, social media, and alternative techniques to attract top talent
- Manage the logistics of screening, interviewing and hiring candidates
- Create and manage an efficient and pleasant candidate experience and own it from end-to-end
- Leverage insights and data to drive results and continuous improvements
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition (eg. employer branding).
Requirements
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally both agency and corporate recruiting experience
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) and social media (e.g., LinkedIn to source candidates)
- Highly self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- You exhibit patience, empathy and know what question to ask to ensure a candidate’s personal career objectives line up with the role they would fill at PFF
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and MS Office
- Ideal candidates will have a strong network in the Boston tech community
