We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to join our growing team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have your hands in all things recruiting across multiple departments at Cricket Health, from sourcing top talent and attracting the right candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work and form relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool or social engagements
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting tools and on consistent set of qualifications
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and environment/culture
  • Prepare hiring teams for interviews, including guidance on interview process and questions
  • Provide analytical reports to the VP of HR and hiring teams
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
  • Effectively track candidates and disposition of all applicants, referrals and sourced candidates
  • Meets hiring needs timely and efficiently by taking candidate through entire recruiting cycle
  • Deliver salary analysis on open/future roles to the VP of HR. 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Positively promotes Cricket’s culture as a strong employment opportunity

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry with at least 2 years as a full-cycle recruiter
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong writing and verbal communication 
  • Critical eye for identifying top talent for specific roles
  • Successful track record of achieving targets
  • Candidate-first mentality
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever is a plus)
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic
