Position Summary:

To support our continued growth here at Cybereason, we are implementing new systems to help scale the organization. The People Operations team is in the midst of our initial Workday implementation with plans to continue to enhance and add additional modules post go-live. We are looking for an HRIS Analyst that is a team player, loves to collaborate, solve problems, and is excited by the idea of building out and then optimizing systems. This role will play an integral part in giving our leaders, managers and employees a great experience using Workday. This is an exciting opportunity as we sunset legacy systems and embark on our Workday journey! 

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate in the ongoing design, configuration, testing, and deployment of upgrades and enhancements to the Workday system
  • Consult with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards that drive employee, manager, and HR self service  
  • Support day to day operations including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Develop, update, and deliver end user documentation and/or training materials
  • Review system updates and bi-annual releases, conduct regression testing as needed, and stay abreast of new features and functionality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in HR and/or HRIS with at least 2 years of hands on Workday administration experience
  • Experience supporting two or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, or Recruiting
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday functionality, business process configuration, condition rules, calculated fields and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
