LiveRamp is the trusted platform that makes data accessible and meaningful. Our services power people-based customer experiences that improve the relevance of marketing and allow consumers to better connect with the brands and products they love. We thrive on solving the toughest technical and customer challenges, and we’re always looking for smart, compassionate people to help us blaze a trail.

Mission: LiveRamp makes it safe and easy for businesses to use data effectively.

About this role

As LiveRamp scales beyond 1,000 employees worldwide, we are looking for a passionate diversity and inclusion lead to work with our executive team and ensure that our programs and practices enable all LiveRampers to thrive.

As LiveRamp’s Head of Diversity Strategy & Programs, you will serve as thought leader and program owner for LiveRamp’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) efforts. You’ll work in concert with LiveRamp leaders to tie together our workforce, product development, and community efforts into a holistic diversity strategy and narrative—one that enables LiveRamp to recruit and retain exceptional people from all backgrounds, maximize the potential of our team, and delight our customers.

In this role, you’ll report to LiveRamp’s Chief People & Culture Officer as part of our global People & Culture team. You will also serve as a member of the LiveRamp Management Team, a group of senior leaders that includes our executive team. Your key partners will include our Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement, Workplace Experience, Communications, and Product teams. Location is flexible, with full-time remote work possible via our RAMP Remote program. Expected travel is 15-20%, with a focus on travel to LiveRamp’s offices and external events.

Specifically, you will:

  • Translate LiveRamp’s existing diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts into a holistic strategy that links our workforce, product, and community efforts
  • Connect our mission of diversity and inclusion to how we do business. Partner with product and commercial leaders to ensure our products and marketing are designed with inclusion and equity in mind
  • Own design and delivery of our diversity-related learning experiences, in partnership with our Talent Enablement team
  • Develop repeatable forums that create space and generate insights from across our workforce
  • Review and recommend enhancements to LiveRamp’s existing policies and practices, including recruiting, training, talent management, compensation, benefits, and communications
  • Partner with our talent analytics lead to ensure effective collection of key demographic and sentiment data
  • Develop the metrics and processes that will enable us measure progress
  • Partner with our employee resource group (ERG) lead to grow this key program
  • Partner with our communications team to market our programs, learnings, and progress
  • Meet regularly with our CEO and executive team to share progress and further develop our strategy

What success looks like

Your impact in this role will be measured in three areas: 1) impact on employee diversity and employee experience, 2) impact on customers and candidates, and 3) impact on the communities to which we belong. Example KPIs include:

  • A significant increase in LiveRamp’s ability to hire and retain employees from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Candidate feedback on the experience of interviewing with LiveRamp
  • Employee feedback on measures such as belonging, pay equity, and growth opportunities

About you:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in diversity and inclusion strategy and programs leadership—experience in talent acquisition, talent development, or product development is a plus
  • Keen understanding of how diversity and inclusion drives business performance and outcomes
  • Comfort and confidence presenting to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to review and enhance systems, processes, and policies.
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, including under unfamiliar circumstances.
  • Strong lean toward collaborative action and a “get stuff done” posture.
  • Results-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to effectively engage employees, managers, and senior leaders.

Benefits:

  • People: work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.
  • Food: enjoy catered meals, boundless snacks, and the occasional food truck.
  • Fun: we host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues.

  • Location. Flexible - Full-time remote work possible via our RAMP Remote program.
