About the position:
As the HR Operations Lead , you will balance hands-on HR administration with driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the employee experience. You'll manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, serve as the system administrator for key HR platforms, and lead projects that optimize processes and support our global growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who can execute with precision while continuously improving how HR operates.
What You'll Do
  • Administer HR processes and employee lifecycle activities-including onboarding, compensation, benefits, organizational changes, and offboarding.
  • Serve as lead system administrator for HR tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), Betterworks (performance), Docebo (LMS), and other platforms, ensuring data integrity, user support, reporting, and optimization.
  • Execute HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment documents, processing transactions in HRIS, and maintaining accurate employee records and audit transactions of team members for accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing timely, solutions-oriented support.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead mid-sized projects focused on scalability, process optimization, and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HRBPs to strengthen operational workflows and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Enhance employee and/or manager self-service tools to reduce manual transactions and empower employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and workflow guides.
  • Proactively identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement changes that improve HR service delivery.
  • Support compliance activities including SOX related activities, including reporting and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the HR Team.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR or related experience, ideally in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Hands-on experience administering HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Betterworks, Docebo, HRIS platforms), including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated success balancing HR administration with process improvement and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS administration, reporting, and data accuracy practices.
  • Experience supporting compliance audits and regulatory reporting (e.g., I-9, EEO, ACA, global labor requirements).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
