THE ROLE
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted people partner for business units across the globe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with managers and leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent programs, and day-to-day HR operations that scale. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR Operations and be a core contributor to Teramind’s people function as we continue to grow.
This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to balance tactical execution with forward-thinking people strategy.

Employee Relations & Culture
- Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and appropriate escalation
- Serve as a go-to resource for employees navigating performance concerns, workplace conflicts, leave, or policy questions
- Support Teramind’s culture and values, especially as we scale a remote, distributed workforce
- Help leaders communicate and land organizational changes effectively

- Support the rollout and ongoing operation of core people programs: onboarding, engagement surveys, and HRIS tools
- Contribute to compensation reviews and benchmarking within assigned client groups
- Ensure HR policy compliance and flag jurisdictional nuances to the Director of HR Ops as needed
- Drive HRIS adoption within your client groups and help maintain data accuracy
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor role
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance; familiarity with remote workforce models
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with good judgment and appropriate escalation
- Comfort using people data and analytics to support and communicate decisions
- Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling and Greenhouse a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write clearly and hold a difficult conversation with confidence
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR, preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries
- Exposure to globally distributed teams and cross-border HR nuances (EMEA, LATAM)
- Background in compensation benchmarking or Total Rewards support
- Experience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational change
- Competitive base salary + performance bonus
