Who We Are:
TriNetX connects healthcare organizations and researchers across the globe so they can see what’s happening in real patient populations—not guesses, not simulations.

Our aim is simple and ambitious: Provide a clear path to trustworthy answers, whether your goal is to create promising new therapies, publish groundbreaking research, or improve health outcomes.

At TriNetX, we enable life sciences, healthcare, and academic institutions to strengthen human health—with data you can trace, evidence you can defend, and answers you can trust.

Who We Are Looking For:

The HR Analyst is responsible for administering and optimizing TriNetX's HR systems, with a focus on Dayforce (HRIS), SharePoint, and cross-functional data integrations. • Manage HR-related SharePoint sites, including content updates, permissions management, and ongoing improvements to the employee digital experience
  • Administer and support Jira and other Atlassian products to manage HR workflows, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure HR data flows and system integrations are operating correctly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce support requests; troubleshoot issues and escalate to vendors as needed
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and drive efficiency through technology
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by maintaining clean data, generating ad hoc reports, and building dashboards as needed
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in partnership with IT and Dayforce support
  • Document system processes, configurations, data dictionaries, and integration specifications; keep documentation current
  • Ensure HR systems comply with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
  • Participate in HR technology roadmap planning and cross-functional HR project

What You Bring to TriNetX:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HRIS, HR systems administration, or related HR technology role
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce or Workday
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint administration
  • Strong understanding of HR data flows, system integrations, and data management best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Payroll teams
  • High attention to data accuracy and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with HR system integrations (APIs, flat-file imports/exports, or middleware tools)
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying/reporting tools
  • Experience supporting HR technology implementations, system migrations, or major version upgrades
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or Dayforce/Ceridian certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, life sciences, or B2B technology environment

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
