Head of Product Management

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Product Management to lead our product management function and shape the next generation of our digital customer experience.

Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, technology, and operations, you will translate customer needs and business priorities into a clear product strategy and roadmap. You will establish strong product management practices, lead prioritization across our digital portfolio, and partner closely with Technology and business leaders to ensure we invest in the work that creates the greatest value.

This role requires strategic product thinking, strong cross-functional leadership, and a willingness to get close to the work as we continue to build and mature our product discipline.

What You'll Do

Set Product Strategy & Priorities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap across our customer-facing digital products and experiences.
  • Translate customer needs, business opportunities, operational challenges, and technology capabilities into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead a transparent prioritization process that balances customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and effort.
  • Create visibility into what we are building, why it matters, and the outcomes we expect, helping senior leaders navigate competing priorities and trade-offs.

Champion the Customer & Outcomes

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their end-to-end journeys, using research, behavioral data, feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • Champion simple, intuitive experiences that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Define meaningful product KPIs, measure outcomes after launch, and use results to continuously refine priorities and the roadmap.

Build Product Management Excellence

  • Establish and mature product management practices, including discovery, roadmapping, requirements, experimentation, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear roles and decision rights across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
  • Build a culture focused on solving customer problems and delivering measurable outcomes rather than simply delivering features.

Partner with Technology & Drive Innovation

  • Partner closely with Technology and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, sequencing, capacity, delivery, and longer-term platform needs.
  • Balance new capabilities with platform investments, technical debt, security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences, employee productivity, and business performance, moving promising ideas from experimentation to scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management, digital product, or related disciplines, including 3–5+ years leading product teams or significant product portfolios.
  • Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for complex customer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience partnering with Technology and Engineering in complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate difficult prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Strong understanding of customer discovery, product analytics, experimentation, and modern product management practices.
  • A collaborative, outcome-oriented leadership style with the ability to create structure in ambiguity and build sustainable product capabilities.

Experience with Salesforce-based platforms, customer portals, mobile applications, AI-enabled experiences, or service-oriented businesses is a plus.

Product Ownership & Decision Authority

As Head of Product Management, you will own the product management process and roadmap and are accountable for ensuring product investments align with customer needs and business priorities.

You will have authority to make day-to-day product prioritization decisions within agreed strategic and investment parameters, define product outcomes and success measures, deploy Product Management resources across priorities, and bring significant investment and portfolio trade-offs to senior leadership.
