We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into enterprise grade code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.

Our Culture

Who we are:

Led by two pioneering co-founders we are one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., creating our own category of enterprise autonomous software development. We automate thousands of hours of software development for our customers, which includes strong representation within the Fortune 500.

How we work:

  • We move Blitzy Fast: Time is both our company’s and our clients’ most precious asset. We move quickly and decisively to innovate internally and deliver exceptional software externally.

  • Championship Mindset: We operate like a professional sports team. We win as a team by holding ourselves and each other to high standards, collaborating in-person, and remaining focused on the mission.

  • Passion for Invention: We’re pushing the frontier of what’s possible, requiring constant innovation and iteration.

  • We Work for the Customer: We focus on delivering outsized value to the customers we work with and expanding those relationships into deep, meaningful partnerships.

We're looking for a Head of Forward Deployed Engineering to lead and grow our embedded engineering practice across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This is a player-coach leadership role for an experienced engineering leader who thrives in the white space between hands-on technical delivery and strategic client partnership.

You'll manage a team of Forward Deployed Software Engineers while remaining close enough to the technical work to earn credibility with customer engineering teams. You're as comfortable reviewing a pull request or debugging an integration as you are presenting a transformation roadmap to a VP of Engineering. You bring structure and accountability to delivery without sacrificing the speed and adaptability that make Blitzy different.

  • Build and maintain reusable delivery assets, integration patterns, and best practices across the team

Strategic & Organizational Impact

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to define the growth strategy for the FDE function

  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements

  • Strong communication skills — able to engage credibly from engineer to VP, adapting your style to the audience

  • Experience with IDEs - code-assistant tools within software development workflows

Preferred Experience

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or in a Forward Deployed Engineering, embedded consulting, or technical account management role

  • Background in AI/ML platforms, developer tooling, or enterprise software modernization

  • Track record of building and scaling small-to-mid-sized technical teams in outcome-driven environments

  • History of converting delivery excellence into account expansion and long-term partnerships

  • Technical thought leadership: open source contributions, conference talks, or published writing
