About Blitzy
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We’re transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We’re backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (Onsite role)
Compensation: $300,000 total comp target ($200,000 base + $100,000 OTE) + equity
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Channel, Cloud & PE Partnerships to own and scale Blitzy’s external growth ecosystem—across cloud providers, system integrators, and private equity firms.
You will build multi-cloud partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP), establish co-sell and marketplace programs, formalize delivery relationships with major consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Slalom, and Cognizant, and develop relationships with private equity firms including Bain Capital, Vista, Blackstone, TPG, and Warburg Pincus that can introduce Blitzy to entire portfolio networks.
This is a senior, externally-facing GTM leadership role. You’ll turn high-level relationships into structured commercial motions, driving partner-sourced pipeline and market visibility for Blitzy’s AI-native software development platform.
What Success Looks Like
- You build deep, trust-based relationships across AWS, Azure, and GCP alliance teams—establishing Blitzy as a top-tier AI modernization partner
- You formalize Blitzy’s first co-delivery solution with a major consulting firm such as Accenture or Deloitte
- You develop joint go-to-market campaigns with hyperscalers and channel partners that drive measurable partner-attached revenue
- You build executive relationships across leading private equity firms and establish a repeatable Portfolio Modernization Program
- You ensure 25–30% of Blitzy’s enterprise pipeline is partner-sourced or partner-influenced within 12 months
Areas of Ownership
Cloud Partnerships
- Expand Blitzy’s presence across AWS, Azure, and GCP through marketplace listings, co-sell programs, and field alignment
- Negotiate and manage joint go-to-market and co-marketing agreements
- Secure Market Development Funds (MDF) and lead public-facing partnerships at major cloud events
- Build direct relationships with cloud partner sales and technical teams to drive shared pipeline
System Integrator & Channel Alliances
- Advance partnerships with leading consulting firms including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, and Slalom
- Create joint modernization offerings that leverage Blitzy’s platform alongside SI delivery capacity
- Develop certification, enablement, and referral programs to build repeatable delivery capacity at scale
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to operationalize co-sell and co-delivery motions
Private Equity Ecosystem
- Build trusted relationships with PE operating teams at firms including Bain Capital, Vista, Blackstone, TPG, and Warburg Pincus
- Launch and scale a Portfolio Modernization Program to introduce Blitzy across multiple portfolio companies
- Pair PE partnerships with SIs and cloud providers to deliver portfolio-wide modernization initiatives
Cross-Functional GTM Execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to embed partnerships into Blitzy’s enterprise GTM motion
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in HubSpot
- Lead quarterly business reviews with cloud and SI partners
- Represent Blitzy externally at ecosystem events and in joint marketing campaigns
Required Experience
- 12–20 years in alliances, ecosystem, or channel leadership roles at enterprise SaaS or AI infrastructure companies
- Proven experience managing multi-cloud partnerships across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Track record of scaling SI alliance programs and building partner-sourced pipeline at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with private equity GTM models and enterprise software modernization cycles
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders and partner managing directors
- Ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events, with primary presence onsite in Cambridge, MA
What Makes You Stand Out
- Existing relationships within AWS, Azure, or GCP alliance organizations that can accelerate Blitzy’s co-sell motion from day one
- Experience building a PE portfolio GTM program or introducing enterprise software to private equity-backed companies at scale
- Background at a high-growth AI or developer tools company where the partner ecosystem was a primary growth driver
- History of personally closing or structuring large, multi-year co-delivery agreements with major consulting firms
- Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-scaling startup, with the operational discipline to build repeatable programs from scratch
What Makes This Role Different
- You’re not inheriting a mature partner program—you’re building one from the ground up at a company creating its own category of enterprise autonomous software development
- The PE ecosystem angle is a genuine structural advantage: a single firm relationship can unlock introductions to dozens of portfolio companies, creating exponential pipeline leverage
- You’ll sell into and partner around a platform that does something genuinely differentiated—autonomously building 80% of production-grade software, not code completions or copilots
- Direct access to Blitzy’s founding team and revenue leadership, with real influence over how we structure and prioritize the partner ecosystem
- Significant equity upside in one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the U.S., backed by tier 1 investors, with a $300K total comp target reflecting the seniority of the role
