We are seeking a Sales Transformation Director & PMO Business Partner to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Sales Transformation Director & PMO Business Partner will focus on leading critical sales transformation initiatives end-to-end. This role will operate as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, translating strategy into execution and ensuring complex, cross-functional programs land successfully.
You won’t just manage programs; you’ll drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and ensure adoption and results across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale sales transformation initiatives from concept through execution and stabilization.
- Partner directly with Sales leadership to turn strategic priorities into actionable, cross-functional plans.
- Drive alignment across Sales, RevOps, HR, Finance, Enablement, and GTM teams.
- Establish clear program structure: milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.
- Coordinate hiring waves and ensure organizational readiness at scale.
- Own onboarding program execution to support new sales hires as part of large initiatives (in partnership with Enablement).
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, performance impact, and ROI.
- Ensure readiness for key launches, including cutover planning and post-launch support.
- Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale transformation efforts over time.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field required; MBA or Masters in IT preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and go-to-market operations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Track record of driving change management and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Highly structured thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences.
- Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This position offers a total compensation range of $194,400.00 to $218,400.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
