About the Role

You’ll be a hands-on Salesforce builder for a sales organization of approximately 430 Salesforce users that is growing rapidly. You’ll build the automation, territory logic, quoting capabilities and integrations behind Keeper’s 2027 go-to-market changes. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong business judgment, project management skills and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to sales and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management, including annual territory and quota loads
  • Configure and support quoting and CPQ processes, including renewal opportunities and quotes automatically created 120 days in advance
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, marketing automation platforms and billing systems
  • Manage Salesforce releases through sandboxes in partnership with the QA Analyst, including testing, documentation and deployment according to a release calendar
  • Translate GTM technology roadmap initiatives into technical designs and deliver solutions on schedule
  • Establish documentation, change management and knowledge-sharing practices that reduce system dependency on any one individual
  • Provide technical input for the quote-to-cash and Revenue Cloud assessment
  • Build and support initial AI agent pilots for the go-to-market organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer within a B2B SaaS organization
  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow, including hands-on experience with Enterprise Territory Management and CPQ or quoting
  • Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder or CPQ Specialist
  • Experience managing sandboxes, change sets or deployment tools, as well as building and maintaining integrations through APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, automation and system governance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions
  • Strong project management and release management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on schedule
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to sales, operations and other business stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)
  • Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life
  • Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance
  • 401K (Roth/Traditional)
  • A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)
