Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals and channels. You will optimize the marketing funnel, leverage cutting-edge digital tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, excels in analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.

  • Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs to enhance customer engagement.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.

  • Improve the customer journey from initial awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

    • Constant Contact, Salesforce, HubSpot

    • Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Asana

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and internal/client communications.

  • Proven ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and optimize results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated

  • Conversion rates across the funnel

  • Campaign ROI and effectiveness

  • Website traffic and engagement metrics

  • Email open and click-through rates

  • Funnel speed and customer retention rates

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).

  • Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
