  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting, and emerging digital channels, aligning marketing investments with business objectives and sales priorities.
  • Establish a continuous test-and-learn approach by optimizing audiences, messaging, creative, offers, channels, and digital experiences to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Manage paid media budgets, agency relationships, and marketing technology investments while staying current on AI capabilities, ABM best practices, and digital marketing trends to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), or a related B2B SaaS marketing role with a demonstrated track record of driving pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated success with utilizing AI technologies to improve campaign effectiveness, spend management, and reporting.
  • Proven success developing and optimizing multi-channel paid acquisition programs that deliver measurable business outcomes, including pipeline, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, including account segmentation, audience activation, buying group engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase One, including Advertising, Journey Orchestration, Account Lists, Intent, Audience Management, Personalization, and Account Analytics.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing technologies to improve audience segmentation, campaign execution, content optimization, workflow automation, personalization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, attribution, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and marketing ROI.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to build audiences using first-party, third-party, CRM, and intent data to improve targeting, acquisition efficiency, and account engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
