We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, definition, and execution for browser-based workflows, solutions, and components for Imprivata product lines.
- Translate product strategy into phased roadmaps that support both established VDI environments and emerging browser-based access models.
- Gather and synthesize customer, field, partner, and market input to identify high-value problems and validate product priorities.
- Develop clear use cases, requirements, workflow scenarios, success criteria, and MVP scope for new capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, QE, and others to move concepts from discovery through feature release.
- Collaborate with browser, secure enterprise browser, endpoint, identity, and ecosystem partners to validate integrations and clarify customer outcomes.
- Create business cases and prioritization recommendations using customer evidence, market insight, product data, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Monitor competitive and market trends across enterprise browsers, VDI, cloud desktops, endpoint platforms, identity, and healthcare application access.
- Support go-to-market, enablement, and support readiness with clear messaging, launch inputs, and customer expectation-setting.
- Communicate product direction, requirements, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Take accountability for product outcomes, including adoption, usability, supportability, partner readiness, and business value.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
- 3-5 years of product management experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, identity and access management, endpoint management, healthcare IT, EUC, VDI, browser technology, or a related domain.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer and market problems into clear product strategy, prioritized requirements, and shipped product capabilities.
- Strong customer discovery skills, including direct interviews, workflow analysis, field feedback synthesis, competitive research, and MVP validation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, support, customer success, and technology alliance partners to bring enterprise products to market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and product strategy to executive, technical, and customer-facing audiences.
- Strong analytical judgment and prioritization discipline; able to separate strategic opportunities from reactive feature demand.
- Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, federation, session management, browser extensions, endpoint agents, VDI, browser-native solutions, or identity providers preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare technology, clinical workflows or other frontline enterprise workflows preferred.
- Travel to customers, partners, and occasional trade shows is expected at approximately 10-15%
This position offers a total compensation range of $127,050 - $137,550 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
