About The Role
We are looking for an Associate HRBP for our TLV site to support our Sales organization.
In this role, you will be supporting leaders and employees to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture, and enable teams to go above and beyond. You’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values; continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers. You will bring a deep understanding of SaaS Go to Market functions, enabling you to support business planning and execution. You will also partner closely with managers and their teams to ensure strong performance and engagement.
About the role:
- You will support and work closely with GTM Senior HRBPs, supporting employees and first line managers.
- Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the teams’ high performance, development and growth.
- Support first-line management through coaching to drive high employee performance, sustainable people management practices, and engagement of top performers.
- Support employees in the different stages in their life cycles (onboarding, offboarding, life events etc.)
- Design and deliver targeted solutions in a dynamic environment, including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building.
- Partner with various HR Functions (i.e Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D etc.) in order to ensure successful support of the business units in various ways - recruiting, engagement, headcount management, training and development and to ensure cultural alignment.
- Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.
- Manage People data, leverage insights to assess and impact the business.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience (i.e. HR Specialist /Associate / Business Partner).
- Experience in the tech industry, ideally from hyper-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience supporting GTM departments.
- Experience in coaching first line managers.
- Experience in onboarding and off-boarding, leading action plans to drive engagement, Employee Relations & investigations.
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, you are able to “speak the language” of the Go to Market teams
- Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships.
- Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action, and exercises solid judgment.
- Strong consulting, coaching, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trusted partner.
- Preferred - Experience in a global company
