The Associate Operational Enablement Manager will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and empowering client-facing teams. You’ll assist in building scalable enablement programs, creating engaging learning materials, and maintaining documentation that drives adoption and efficiency across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in Enablement or training. You’ll be guided by experienced team members, gaining hands-on exposure to global SaaS operations, cross-functional collaboration, and enablement best practices.
About The Role
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement stakeholders to understand priorities and needs.
- Support the planning and coordination of enablement programs and initiatives.
- Assist in documenting and communicating workflow or process updates across teams.
- Contribute to change management activities and ensure team alignment during tool or process rollouts.
Content Development & Delivery
- Help create and update enablement materials, including playbooks, courseware, videos, guides, and microlearning resources.
- Use tools like Camtasia, Rise, and Genially to design engaging learning experiences.
- Support the delivery of live or virtual training sessions.
- Ensure enablement content stays accurate and aligned with ongoing product and process updates.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and learners to identify areas for improvement.
- Support analysis of engagement and adoption metrics to measure enablement impact.
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement improvements and enhance scalability.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in enablement, training, or a related operational or educational role (experience in SaaS environments preferred).
- Strong interest and motivation to build a long-term career in Enablement or training.
- Open to learning, feedback, and supervision, with a proactive approach to professional growth.
- Problem-solving mindset — able to identify gaps, think creatively, and suggest solutions.
- Basic knowledge of content development or instructional design tools (Camtasia, Rise, Genially, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English at a professional level.
- Familiarity with monday.com is an advantage.
