Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Financial Analyst / Transaction Coordinator to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. This combination provides the entrepreneurial feel of a small business while enjoying the benefits and tools of a national firm. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Boston, MA is $28.84 - $33.65 / hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.  Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. 

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline management using Marcus & Millichap’s proprietary software
  • Simple financial reporting
  • Work with third parties to maintain CRM database of properties and owners. Manage and maintain email database.
  • Manage deal flow (facilitate the execution of documents when deals are launched and during sale process)
  • Closing coordination
  • Build and maintain a document management system to be used by the team
  • Generate market reports
  • Generate call lists as directed
  • Some calendar management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
  • Some facility with database software especially Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with Constant Contact is a plus
  • Real Estate License a plus, but not required
